Researchers have found that smoking has a certain effect on speeding up metabolism. Upon quitting tobacco, the body shows a tendency to burn calories. The “tendency to burn fat” deserves more attention than it might seem at first glance. Fat reserves have an unusual property, at least in terms of the common view of their purpose. They will not come to your aid when you are extremely physically active, i.e., when you are rapidly expending energy, even if you were to die of exhaustion, despite being a true reservoir of energy. Doesn’t that strike you as somewhat illogical? Imagine a car with an extra fuel tank that you knew about but that was inaccessible to you, and therefore useless, if you were to run out of fuel on a highway. I’m not convinced that such a designer’s joke would put a smile on your face. One might perhaps suspect that a designer, being only human, made a mistake in his work—but nature, certainly not.

To keep it brief, the purpose that nature assigned to the body’s fat reserves is to ensure, in times of crisis, the achievement and maintenance of an “optimal” energy level across all layers of the physical structure of the planet built from the hereditary material of the human being in whose body they reside.
In this case, a crisis should be understood as any significant change in the energy level of the surface layers of that person’s planam, brought about by a change in the living conditions on that celestial body; and an optimal energy level as any state to which the beings living on that planet have managed to adapt.

Fat is, therefore, an “emotional state corrector”, which means – a drug. It does not favour any particular picture of the world of a person, nor does it interfere with the changes in the genomes of the beings living on his planam that arise from his new spiritual and physical experiences. Fat is indifferent even to the troubles within the body of the being to which it belongs, even those caused by an extreme energetic condition of the physical structure of his planam, provided, of course, that this condition did not occur within a short time frame. Nutrients broken down and present in the bloodstream are converted into fat to the extent that it becomes likely that, by acting on the hereditary materials in the cells of the body and brain, they would otherwise introduce too much energy into all layers of the physical structure of the planam, thereby altering the living conditions of the beings on that planet to such a degree that it would cause significant changes in their genomes.

Fat is consumed only when all other means of maintaining the optimal energy level (to which the inhabitants of the planam have managed to adapt) in the surface layers of the physical structure of the planet built from the hereditary material of a human being have been exhausted.

The most effective way to reduce fat reserves in a person’s body is to shatter their picture of the world. The best way to create fat reserves in a person’s body is to feed them intensively alongside activities aimed at shattering their picture of the world. The best way to achieve and maintain a good “figure” and to protect your picture of the world from the whims of the thermodynamics of the invisible world, is to make an effort to understand the relationships between material and spiritual reality described in the book Half a Time.
